Hello, I’m Finn, I am a Springer Spaniel born in 2022 and I live at Trinity House. I am a calm and therapeutic dog who once I’ve got to know you is very cuddly and affectionate. I love being out on walks, exploring and having fun with the children! I have my own area within the home in which I feel safe.
Hello, I am Frances and welcome to my corner of the web! With nearly three decades dedicated to nurturing and guiding children and young people, I have honed a passion for understanding their unique perspectives and needs. When the weekend rolls around, you’ll find me trading the responsibilities of caregiving for the thrill of the open road, as I embark on adventures astride my beloved motorbike. But my heart finds equal joy in the simple pleasures of walking alongside my two loyal canine companions, exploring the world one paw print at a time.
Hello, I’m Marley and I am the Registered Manager of Trinity House, and I am about to open a further home called Hazel House. I have progressed and developed within First4Care, starting as a Support Worker in 2017. I then moved up into more advanced roles until I became a Registered Manager in 2020. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, completing exercise in the form of dancing, or visiting the gym or spending time with my dogs Hugo and Hetty! I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare and I am always looking at other ways to further enhance my knowledge and skills. I strive to ensure the children in my home get the highest quality and individualised care possible. During my time as a Registered Manager the home has been graded Outstanding on 2 occasions, which is a great achievement for myself and my team! I pride myself in being approachable, knowledgeable and a very determined manager who gives 100% at everything I do.
Hello, I am Carrie and I have been working within the care profession for the last nine years. I started my career as a residential support worker within First 4 Care, within this role I cared for vulnerable young people, both with emotional and behavioural needs and also young people with Severe Autism and learning difficulties. I was the manager of Abbey and Liberty House and have returned after a short time away. I love being creative and I am always looking for new projects to get stuck into. I love all things vintage, and spend my weekends nestled in my narrow boat with a mug of tea, in the midst of old antique store finds, crochet blankets, with a fire on and my dog curled up beside me.
Hello I am Sam, I am a dedicated professional who started as a Support Worker and worked my way up to becoming a Trainee Manager at the Beeches children’s residential care home. I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children.
With experience as a Senior and Deputy, I am actively preparing to run my own home in the future. Outside of work, I enjoy playing football and spending time playing video games. My journey showcases the determination, resilience, and commitment to providing exceptional care. With my continual growth, I am well on my way to becoming an outstanding leader in the field of residential care.
